FLY EVENTS PROMOTIONS — STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL

By purchasing tickets, registering for events, or participating in any activity hosted or promoted by Fly Events Promotions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all events, whether in-person, virtual, or hybrid.

2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Event tickets (general admission, VIP, or reserved)
  • Vendor booth reservations
  • Sponsorship packages
  • Merchandise
  • Registration fees of any kind

We strongly encourage you to review all event details before completing your purchase. No exceptions will be made for change of plans, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend.

3. REFUND EXCEPTIONS — ACT OF GOD / FORCE MAJEURE

A refund or credit may be issued only in the event that Fly Events Promotions cancels an event due to circumstances entirely beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters (tornado, flooding, earthquake, etc.)
  • Government-mandated shutdowns or emergency declarations
  • Severe weather conditions rendering the venue unsafe
  • Death or serious injury of a key event principal

In such cases, Fly Events Promotions reserves the right to issue a full refund, partial refund, or event credit at our sole discretion. Refunds will not be issued if the event is rescheduled rather than cancelled.

We do not guarantee refunds for any other reason. Life happens — plan accordingly.

4. EVENT CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Fly Events Promotions reserves the right to:

  • Change event dates, times, venues, or lineups without prior notice
  • Cancel or postpone events due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Substitute performers, vendors, or programming as needed

These changes do not automatically entitle attendees to a refund unless the event is fully cancelled under the Act of God provision above.

5. TRANSFERS

Ticket transfers to another individual may be permitted on a case-by-case basis. Contact us directly prior to the event date to request a transfer. Transfers are not guaranteed and may not be available for all events.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

Fly Events Promotions respects your privacy. Here is how we handle your information:

What we collect: We collect personal information (such as name, email address, phone number, and payment details) through JotForm and Google Forms only when you voluntarily submit it through our registration or inquiry forms.

How we use it: All information collected is used for internal purposes only, including:

  • Event registration and check-in
  • Communication about the event you registered for
  • Internal record-keeping and planning

What we don’t do:

  • We do not sell your information to third parties
  • We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing unrelated to your registration
  • We do not share your data with outside organizations without your consent, except as required by law

Third-party platforms: By submitting information through JotForm or Google Forms, you also agree to the respective privacy policies of those platforms. Fly Events Promotions is not responsible for data practices on third-party platforms.

7. CONDUCT & ADMISSION

Fly Events Promotions reserves the right to remove any attendee from an event without refund for disruptive, dangerous, or unlawful behavior. Entry may be refused at our discretion.

8. LIABILITY

Fly Events Promotions, its organizers, staff, and volunteers are not liable for:

  • Personal injury or property damage sustained at any event
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
  • Actions of third-party vendors, performers, or attendees

Attendance at any Fly Events Promotions event is at your own risk.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in El Paso County, Texas.
